• 45 cm/17.7" ball is appropriate for people of heights between 55"-60" or 140-150 cm. Yellow ball.
• 55 cm/21.6" ball is appropriate for people of heights between 61"-66" or 155-165 cm. Red ball.
• 65 cm/25.6" ball is appropriate for people of heights between 67"-71" or 170-180 cm. Green ball.
• 75 cm/29.5" ball is appropriate for people of heights between 72"-75" or 183-190 cm. Blue ball.
• 85 cm/33.5" ball is appropriate for people of heights over 75" or 190 cm. White ball.
